I am so excited to share the amazing news below, that I received out of the blue, via our website. Benjamin, aged seven, who is a huge 'Standing on Custard' fan, is doing something incredible to raise money for his local special needs school.
I will update you on his challenge in my next blog and share his final total along with photos and hopefully footage. If you would like to Support Benjamin it would be much appreciated.
In the meantime, although nothing can top Benjamin's sterling work, we did want to show you what we've been up to at our beloved Custard HQ.
Here are few images of our redesign. Although Phillip Price is the artist, I can confirm that it was yours truly that painted every piece of furniture. So don't look too closely.
See if you can spot Jelly Dog, AKA Sky, and our newest rescue, Jazzy Jasper. Jasper is from Greece and, as you can see, is already part of the furniture. He's lucky I didn't paint him!

We certainly feel even more at home now and hope you will too when you pop in to see us. Current opening hours are weekends and Bank Holidays 10am-4pm or message us for private viewings.
The first two lovely little humans through our door when we reopened, were prize winners, Fred and Luna. They took part in a Christmas Scavenger Hunt along our beautiful Old High St. Organised by Big Boys Burgers and R&R. Many of the shops on our Old High Street donated prizes. Ours was a signed copy of one of our books. After much deliberation they chose 'Standing on Custard'.

Your support has always meant the world to us, but I have to say, to feel the love for what we create, during such a challenging year for everyone, is just phenomenal... 'No you're crying...' I'm not crying...well okay I might be, but they are definitely happy tears. I blame the menopause and 'The Covis' as my adorable eighty-two year old mum insists on calling it.
