Back to school online offer & what I did this summer...

The holidays are sadly over but, wow oh wow, what a summer it was. Frumpy Cat was certainly not impressed with the heat at the stall in Greenwich Market.

To celebrate the UK having it's first real summer for far too many years and to help beat the, Back to School Blues, Custard Towers completed a website update with some BIG NEWS...

To kick off our new world-wide service we are offering to sign, all books, ordered during the month of September 2018.

Our online store now accepts all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal.

Already have all three of our books? Then take a look at these stunning, white box framed, prints of some of our favourite characters.

Talking of back to school...

... my diary is starting to get busy with school visits so if you would like me to come along to your school this year please do get in touch soon. I love sharing my writing journey, encouraging creativity and inspiring children.

Drop me an email via the 'contact' tab on the website and I will send you the school visit form to complete and return. Simple as that.

What else I did this summer

Well, well, it's no wonder I've been a touch radio silent on the blog front. Take a look at what else I've been up to:

Film I attended my first red carpet film premiere. Last year I was offered a part in a feature film called 'The Numbers'. I had an amazing time shooting it and a wonderful night at the premiere seeing it on the big screen and being part of an on stage post screening Q&A session.

During the holidays I also performed in a short film shot entirely in a lift on one of the hottest days on record! The film is called 'Stuck Up' and due to be released soon.

Podcast I was a guest on Geoff Lloyd and Ed Miliband's weekly podcast 'Reasons to be Cheerful' You can have a listen here. I join them about 30 minutes in.

Comedy show I have almost finished writing my next stand up comedy show called 'Peculiar'. I'll be working on that for the next month or so before previewing, hopefully, towards the end of November. So watch this space. Below is the new show poster, artwork and design by the fabulous and talented Phillip Price.

Oh one last thing... Phillip Price proposed during the holidays! Luckily, it was to me, so our biggest and best news is... we are getting married next month and it's a spooky Halloween fancy dress wedding too.

I hope you had a fantastic holiday and wish to thank you, as always, for supporting independent publishing and creativity. Without your word of mouth, social media sharing and all the lovely reviews, I simply could not create new work. I don't have the luxury of a big publishing house, PR or marketing machine, so without you I simply could not survive.

Love Custard. X
